1. Overview

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is run by Nostream Digital Solutions in connection with the Dot Hub 10-Day Challenge, during which the developer attempts to implement one new feature or animation style in the Dot Hub for Glyph Matrix application ("Dot Hub") each day for ten consecutive days.

By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"). If you do not agree, please do not enter.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2.2. Where local law prohibits or restricts participation in giveaways of this nature, the Giveaway is void in those jurisdictions. It is the entrant's sole responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in their country of residence.

2.3. Entrants must have a valid Reddit account or nothing.community account in order to participate, and must comply with the terms of service of the platform on which they enter.

3. Giveaway Period

3.1. The Giveaway begins on the date this announcement is published and ends on 12 May 2026 at 20:00 (8:00 PM) Central European Summer Time (CEST) ("Closing Date").

3.2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, participants must post a comment containing an idea for a new feature or animation style for Dot Hub under one of the official Giveaway announcement posts on:

• Reddit, or
• nothing.community

4.2. Participants may submit multiple ideas by posting separate comments. Each qualifying comment counts as one entry into the random draw described in Section 6.

4.3. Entries must:

• be posted publicly under the official announcement post (not via DM or private message);
• be the entrant's own original idea;
• not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4.4. Entries that do not meet these requirements may be disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion, without notice.

4.5. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prizes

5.1. Feature Implementation Prize

For every idea that the developer actually implements in Dot Hub during the 10-Day Challenge, the entrant who submitted that idea will receive one (1) Google Play promotional code granting 90 days of Dot Hub Pro free of charge.

• If the same idea is submitted by more than one entrant, the earliest qualifying entry (by timestamp on the relevant platform) will receive the code.
• The decision as to whether a submitted idea qualifies as the same as, or substantially similar to, an implemented feature is made by the Promoter at its sole discretion.
• The number of Feature Implementation Prizes awarded depends on how many submitted ideas are actually implemented during the Challenge. There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum.

5.2. NClock Beta Access Prize

In addition, three (3) Google Play promotional codes granting beta access to the upcoming app NClock will be awarded to three randomly selected entrants from the pool of all qualifying comments across both platforms.

5.3. General Prize Terms

• All prizes are delivered as Google Play promotional codes and can only be redeemed via a Google Play account in a region where the relevant app is available on the Google Play Store.
• Prize codes must be redeemed within one (1) month after the Closing Date, i.e. by 11 June 2026, 20:00 CEST. Codes not redeemed by this date will expire and will not be replaced.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
• The Promoter is not responsible for codes that fail to redeem due to regional Google Play restrictions, account issues, or technical problems on Google's side.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. Feature Implementation Prizes: As soon as the developer implements a feature corresponding to a submitted idea, the entrant who submitted that idea will be contacted.

6.2. NClock Beta Access Prizes: After the Closing Date, three winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries using a randomization tool.

6.3. Winners will be:

• announced publicly on the platform where they entered (e.g. as a reply or in a follow-up post), and
• notified via direct message (DM) on the same platform.

6.4. Winners must respond to the notification DM with their preferred method of receiving the code (e.g. by replying with an email address or accepting the code via DM) within fourteen (14) days of being notified. If a winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize or, in the case of the NClock Beta Access Prize, to draw an alternative winner.

7. Intellectual Property and Use of Submitted Ideas

7.1. Ideas alone are not protected by copyright. Under German, EU, and most international copyright law, copyright protects the specific expression of a work, not the underlying idea or concept. Accordingly, by submitting an idea, you acknowledge that the idea itself is not protectable intellectual property.

7.2. To the extent that any submission contains protectable expression (for example, detailed descriptions, mockups, drawings, or pseudo-code), you grant the Promoter a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit the submitted content in connection with Dot Hub, NClock, and any other current or future products of the Promoter, without further notice, attribution, or compensation.

7.3. You confirm that your submission is your own original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7.4. Apart from the prizes set out in Section 5, no further compensation, royalty, attribution, or remuneration of any kind will be owed to entrants whose ideas are implemented or otherwise used by the Promoter. Submitting an idea creates no employment, partnership, agency, or contractual relationship beyond what is set out in these T&Cs.

7.5. The Promoter may already be working on, or independently develop, features that are similar or identical to submitted ideas. Nothing in these T&Cs prevents the Promoter from developing such features independently of any submission.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal data collected in connection with this Giveaway (such as platform usernames and any contact details voluntarily provided by winners to receive their codes) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, distributing prizes, and announcing winners.

8.2. Winners' platform usernames may be published as part of the public winner announcement (see Section 6.3). By entering, you consent to such publication.

8.3. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver prizes (e.g. via the Google Play promo code system) or where required by law.

9. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• breaches these T&Cs;
• engages in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior (e.g. using bot accounts, sock puppets, or coordinated entries);
• posts content that violates Section 4.3;
• attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Giveaway.

10. Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law (e.g. for injury to life, body, or health).

10.2. The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any issues caused by the Reddit, nothing.community, or Google Play platforms.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Reddit, Nothing, Nothing Technology Limited, or Google LLC. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Promoter at contact@nostream.de, not to any of these platforms.

12. Changes and Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary (for example, in cases of fraud, technical failure, or legal requirements). Where possible, entrants will be informed via the original announcement post.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection rights of entrants in their country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the registered seat of the Promoter.

14. Severability

If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
